NEW SURVEY: The 2020 State of ePayables

Ardent Partners conducts one major accounts payable-themed market research study each year and this is it. By taking the survey (click here), you have an opportunity to help advance the collective knowledge of the entire “AP” profession AND get a full view into the current “State of Accounts Payable” when the report publishes.

AP automation has never been more relevant and necessary than it is right now. In a matter of weeks, almost the entire workforce of specific companies, industries, regions, and even some countries, have shifted to a virtual environment. This dramatic shift, driven by the novel coronavirus (“COVID-19) pandemic, demonstrates the perils of paper and the reliance upon manual-based processes for completion of an assignment or task. And, as those companies that have not automated their P2P and AP processes scramble to ensure business continuity, solutions that automate the receipt, processing, and payment of invoices have become more valuable.

Please Take the 2020 State of ePayables Market Research Survey!

About This Year’s Report: Ardent’s annual “State of ePayables” Report, written by Vice President of Research, Bob Cohen and Chief Research Officer, Andrew Bartolini,  presents a comprehensive, industry-wide view into what is happening in the world of accounts payable today, by drawing on the experience, performance, and perspective of AP and finance executives. The 2020 edition of the report will look at how AP is “Rising to the Challenge” and driving value in a difficult environment.  The report will also publish performance benchmark information and the strategies that Best-in-Class AP departments use to gain an advantage in areas of P2P, cash management, and invoice and B2B payment processing. This year’s survey also asks questions to gain an understanding of how COVID-19 has impacted not only the performance of AP but also your organization as a whole.

AP automation has never been more relevant and necessary than it is right now. The global pandemic has shown us the peril of relying on paper and manual based processes for the delivery, approval and payment of invoices. The benefit of AP automation on an organization’s profitability and productivity, not to mention business continuity, has never been more apparent or needed than it is today.

As a special thank you for taking this ~15 minute survey, you will receive a free copy of the report when it publishes in May!
