Coupa Acquires DCR Workforce

This week, Coupa Software (NSADAQ: COUP), a San Francisco-based spend management solutions provider, announced that it had acquired the technology assets of DCR Workforce, a leading contingent workforce management provider. The Florida-based DCR Workforce offers a cloud-based application that allows businesses to manage their contingent workforce spend. This acquisition will help Coupa solidify its goal of allowing businesses to manage all of their organization’s business spend, including contingent workforce spend, all on a single platform. DCR will become a part of the Coupa BSM Platform and be marketed as Coupa Contingent Workforce.

SAP Concur Partners with ERP Developer VAI

SAP Concur, the expense and invoice management solution provider, has recently announced a new partnership with VAI, an ERP software developer with headquarters in Ronkonkoma, New York. This new partnership will give VAI customers access to the SAP Concur solutions such as Concur Expense, Concur Invoice, Concur Hipmunk, and Concur Travel. The solutions can be accessed through a cloud-based application that will be integrated with VAI’s S2K Enterprise software platform. The solutions will also be available through a mobile application which will allow for employees to input travel expenses on the go and create much better transparency into expense management.

Basware Enters Strategic Partnership with ConnXus

Basware (Nasdaq :BAS 1V), the financial supply chain provider headquartered in Finland, has recently announced a new strategic partnership with ConnXus, the Ohio-based provider of supplier management solutions. Through this p,artnership, ConnXus customers will now have access to Basware’s P2P platform. ConnXus will also be able to resell Basware capabilities for the procurement platform. ConnXus customers and their suppliers can become a part of Basware’s large global network.

SignaPay Launches New Suite of Merchant Offerings

SignaPay, a Texas-based provider of merchant services and payment solutions, is introducing a new suite of solutions for merchants including a new discount supplier program called Merchant Benefits Club. The program will help to deliver discounts to suppliers that help merchants reduce operating expenses. SignaPay is also launching SignaCash, which is designed to offer finance options to support small businesses. SignaCash will also offer ACH Payments to allow merchants to accept and process checks electronically in all environments in a more secure way.
